Works to buildings deemed to be ‘of Historic Interest’ and shortly to be encompassed into The Beaconsfield Estate Conservation Area.

The nature of the work required close liaison with Planning Officers, Conservation Area Officers, the Client and Leaseholders.

The project was for external repairs and re-decoration, window replacement with slim sightline windows to maintain the original appearance, front door replacement, curtain walling, replacement of roofing coverings, structural repairs, site works and health and Safety roof access solutions.
